been training myself and Rob for the last week or so. I actually feel like I'm
not, I'm not burnt out, pretty cool, I'm pretty pimped about that. So I yeah, try doing a session after 5PM rather than doing it at one
o'clock in the after noon where it's like super hot and you're like, drinking seven litres of water an hour. (Phet trains Brad on another round) Now I'm starting to burnout a little bit. night, first of December 2018. Great training week,
end of the training week here at Tiger Muay Thai, absolutely worth it. Training pretty much every
day, one to two hours, max two and a half, three hours even for video content, specifically per day. If you decide to come out here and train just don't go crazy with the training, it's very easy to kill yourself out here.
It's so freaking hot
here, you have so much, you have to drink so much water and you have to drink it with Hydralyte, if you don't, if you're just
drinking straight water, with no calcium and magnesium and all the other minerals, then you're also asking for trouble. So, you really need to– In other videos, I'm actually
gonna do a video, specifically on how to prepare for a trip to– Did you see that? He tried to fly away. Birds are shredded here, even the birds are on whey protein here. (Robyn laughs) Look how good he is. All the animals, the fucking birds fly
outta fuckin trees here and try to hit you in the head, they're all shredded like an idiot. (Robyn laughs) If you were to take his
