MUAY THAI | How to Wrap Your Hands For Muay Thai, Boxing & MMA | EP3 #muaythai #boxing #mma

Today we are learning the quick and easy way
to wrap your hands for Muay Thai. What would you call that? Damn good television. Welcome back, in this quick tutorial I’m going to
teach you my favorite method on how to wrap your hands for Muay Thai, Boxing, or MMA. There are countless hand wrapping methods
that you can look up on youtube but figuring out which one to follow can be challenging
and overwhelming. This is by far the quickest and easiest method
I’ve come across. Hopefully you guys agree. Let’s get into it: Spread your fingers and
wrap away from you four times. Wrap once more but very loosely, and you’ll
see that the slack forms a little tab which is just what we want. Grab the tab with your thumb and hand and
put the pad we just made over the knuckles. Working our way down to the wrist, we’re
gunna go around four more times to lock the pad in place.

Go once around the thumb, and back over the
wrist. Now we’re going to go through the fingers. we go in between, come around the index knuckle,
and go back down sort of forming an X shape.Go around the wrist once and Repeat for the other
fingers. Once you go through the last set of fingers,
just finish wrapping at the wrist. And that’s it! Easy right? Piece of cake, piece of crumb cake To be honest there’s no right or wrong way
to do it. you can start with less padding in the knuckles,
you can start with more padding, you can wrap your thumb or wrist more, as long as you have
enough support in the right areas it really doesn’t matter what you do.

This way works for me because when I’m training
I feel like I have the support where I need it. Hope this helps! Smash the like button if you found this helpful,
