Video: Logan Paul mocks Dillon Danis getting released from Bellator during promo on Monday Night Raw

Logan Paul isn’t done beating up on Dillon Danis.

Despite a largely one-sided victory and Danis actually being disqualified after attempting a takedown and a submission during a boxing match, Paul once again took aim and fired at the former grappling champion during a promo he cut on the latest episode of Monday Night Raw.

As he touted his upcoming appearance at WWE Crown Jewel — a premium event held in Saudi Arabia in November — Paul managed to carve out a few seconds to mock Danis after he was released from Bellator MMA just days after their boxing match ended.

“You know what I just found out? That fool that I beat in my boxing fight last weekend, embarrassed himself so badly, that he got dropped by his fight league,” Paul said to the crowd. “Dropped.

“So that means not only did I make him lose the fight, I made him lose his job. Unemployed. Unhappy. Unfulfilled. Sucks to be that guy.”

Danis performed two times under the Bellator MMA banner while amassing a 2-0 record in the only MMA fights during his brief career. He last fought there in 2019 but still remained under contract, which required him to receive permission from the Paramount owned promotion so he could pursue a boxing match against Paul.

Following the loss to Paul in England, Danis actually filed an appeal on the decision because he disagreed with the disqualification, although it’s unclear if his argument will find any merit.

As for his MMA career, Danis continues pushing for an opportunity to compete in the UFC now that he’s a free agent, but it remains to be seen if there’s any actual interest in him joining the organization.
