Living and Training 3 Months in a Muay Thai Camp in Thailand (2019)

my name is Kel Dobson I'm 18 years old and I've been here since September so what do you think about the resort so far the resorts great I think the training facility especially is pretty awesome you got all the rings and all the bags that you would need in the room that I was staying in it was totally comfortable had everything I needed in it it's pretty good good stay so what goals did you have when I first came when I first came here I was looking to just improve across the board for the different disciplines that I was training in just getting better shape and just ultimately enjoy myself and learned it sport wise what did you do main so I trained in muy Thai boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu I did muy Thai for the majority of the time because I was expecting to have a fight which eventually fell through but yeah so I would say the majority of the training was spent doing more time you connected with any of the trains while you were here at the one that really stood out the other one yeah absolutely a lot of the trainers were absolutely fantastic the the boxing trainers especially we're really good getting a like interpersonal connection with you you know making sure like they met you where we're like you are you know and then really like participated in helping you succeed and grow and I really appreciated that that's awesome what do you think about the food here so the food that I had was it was good I mean like the the food always tasted good the one thing that I wish maybe was that I could have could've gotten some more food you know I felt sometimes like after training a lot all day that you need to have a certain amount of food just to sustain you and yeah so a lot of the time I was I was too pretty hungry after my meals but but the food tasted good always looking through there very neat a lot but I totally get what you're saying yeah but you do know that you serve seconds here right did you ever go back for seconds or do you didn't think it up there are a couple times that I went back for seconds but I never really knew like if I should or should it so yeah I guess you shouldn't on that like three months ago but that's all right how about the ambience like I know there's a lot of other gyms out there that have a different field each one of them here what did you experience people-wise well what was really cool for me a good experience for me was the people that come to train here from so many different places you know and so you're all in like a confined space doing the same activities and it's really cool because you all get to get to know each other really quick and grow with each other and and develop some pretty cool like relationships which I think totally helped the the total feeling of the place and then as far as location is concerned it's I think it's in a pretty good spot because you're just outside of a city where there's like things to do on your day off you know and it's entertaining and it's fun but then you're just barely outside of that so you kind of you're not distracted so you really focus on your training and I think I think that's well what would you you know last question what would you tell everyone else that might be thinking about coming here can't make up their mind stuff like that I would definitely come I think it's a fantastic place I think the training is fantastic the coaches are fantastic the people you're going to meet it's all-around great I think I had a fantastic experience here I would definitely come again give me the opportunity it was awesome having you here Kail I definitely connected with you you're a great guy I can't wait to see what you do in the future and your plans and all that kind of stuff please stay in contact what does and we look forward to seeing you again for sure man all right thanks man whether you have it going
