Kick Lab Episode 3 – How to Muay Thai Clinch or Plum by Anderson Silva

Hey guys welcome back. This is amazing
day, kick lab again, Jason. Today we're going to cover the Muay Thai clinch or plum. So that's a good technique, I use the Muay Thai clinch and Muay Thai plum
for my first and my second fight with Rich Franklin in UFC. This is the foundation of Muay Thai's
clenching technique that make it so effective. Make sure they really work on
getting the proper hand holds and make sure you know where those elbows go. So a lot of people make that mistake, they go low on the neck. There's no leverage on
that neck, make sure you get that grip nice and high because if we were wearing
gloves we don't have fingers to grab and make
sure those elbows are there so I can control control and look for that knee.
