Superman punch is not a punch I like to use
too much now. When I first started out, it was one of those
very flashy moves that everyone wanted to try. So, we are just going to quickly run through. Now, with the Superman punch, at the end point
I really want to get my body up in the air and get my right hand extended all the way
up. When I come in, I'm going to come up with
the right leg as I jump off the ground, and then I'm going to kick out with the right
leg as I throw the punch. So, I come up, and then come back down. Again, we're coming up with the right leg,
jumping off the left, and then kicking out with the right as I throw the punch. Again, we come up, and then back down. Now, if you do actually do make contact with
the Superman punch, it leaves you in a very good position that after the punch, you can
come up with a kick up high, or you can come up with a kick low.
Also, when you throw the punch, if you are
going into your opponent, you can always step off to the side. Okay, now you can hit the thighs, or you can
come up and hit the head with a round-house kick. Okay? That's just a quick run through on the Superman
punch..
