many people ask me why in thailand we have to wake
up so early to train well the most important thing is because it's very hot in thailand it's very
hot since early morning so at like 7 30 or 8 already the sun is shining up in the sky and
the heat is so strong that we couldn't go run up that's wrong trying to push the pace as much as possible in the
sprints make you feel like the fight ah not easy machine helps though because
it doesn't let you stop unless you fall yes i'm wearing a double jacket
we're in thailand it's hot but i'm all sweaty now i have to go on the motorbike
so double jacket long pants towel to cover up make sure i don't lose the temperature and i can get
back into training right away let's go to the gym okay let's start morning training oh um there's so hot water so it mixes faster vitamin c not bad not great i'm very strict on my diet it's not easy for
me to go and eat just anywhere so i have a few selected places where they know how i want my
food you know i don't want sugar i don't want extra stuff i don't want too much fats in my
food and in thailand that's not easy to find so i just wanted to bring you guys and uh
show one of the places where we usually eat then when you eat like a thai food like this
if it's spicy it needs to be sweet as well a little bit you know that's why they put sugar
and chili at the same time but if you choose not to put sugar and you put the chili the
same amount of chili it will kill your mouth so if i don't put sugar i ask them for less
chili but when i eat like normal thai food with the sugar and the oil everything i put i
can eat very spicy i love it but in this case without sugar is uh it kills me too much also it
depends on the kind of a chilling if i eat like what do you call fresh chili the little ones
it's hard they're very spicy i can eat a little bit but not too much but the dry ones like
the dried chilies i can eat a lot of those or the ones like this the big ones the
big ones is easy to eat it's not spicy pay with my phone no cash huh
in thailand we are real time look at that cream espresso double shot four legs more sweet i take the
small one because the big one is this is like literally and after we got everything we
needed from the grocery store we jumped back in the car and drove straight
back to the gym for training late as always oh if you're liking this video don't

supermarket they cut it up for us so i didn't have to do anything very handy i'm just gonna
cook it steamed with some nice european lemon and a few cloves of garlic and
i'll show you how i put it in very simple and healthy cooking
tonight won't take much work and i'm gonna steam some cauliflowers as well and water is already boiling wash the fish already so i'm just going
to put it in it's nice and boiling fish okay just crushed peel on freshly cut lemon yeah and that's it just leave it on like that just close it and that's it healthy easy yeah i
love to cook but when i'm tired after training i try to find the easiest thing to do
because no time for advanced recipes even if i love to do them oh yeah i forgot to
