Chris Heria – First Time Sparring Muay Thai

– What's up. It's Chris Heria. Welcome to another blog. A lot of you already know
from my previous video that I just picked up Muay Thai and boxing on a lot of you have been requesting to see some sparring and training. I first started training Muay Thai a couple of weeks ago with
my coach, Jonathan Calderon. He's an MMA fighter that was
training Muay Thai in Thailand at the world renowned Tiger Muay Thai, a place that I will be honored and hope to train at one day as well. I've also recently just
started getting online coaching from Christian Knowles
from The Knowlesy Academy and my friend, Jonathan Haggerty,
the best Muay Thai fighter in the UK, and former world
champion of ONE championship.

He actually just started
his YouTube channel as new blog series preparing
for his upcoming fight. I've been watching and
it's super motivating. You should definitely check it out. But anyway, this past
week I filmed a few rounds of me sparring for the first time with my coach, Jonathan Calderon. And if you want to see
more videos like this following my progress, or a
sparring video of me boxing, let me know in the comment
section down below, and with that said, let's
get this video started. (bell ringing) That's what it was like, bro. – Keep moving. Good. That's it, keep going. Yeah, all right. – He just taught me that. Just taught me that one. – All right. Go on, go on. – [Trainer] One minute. 30 seconds. – All right. (bell ringing) – Thank you. – Check your more. – Yeah. – You're going to see me. – There's times where I catch myself kind of like hesitating. – Yeah. – Then there's times
when I'm like… relaxed.

– Yeah, yeah. Better, yeah? Let's get them up. – You're getting me there again. Let's go. – Well in. I get you like that. – I know. – Every time. (bell ringing) – [Trainer] One minute. Thirty seconds. Time. – Remember– – Camouflage. Standing there a little bit too long. – Yeah. – Relax, sometimes. When you're tense, you can
miss a couple of things. They come out wrong for you. Relax. Don't worry about power. What of the speed? We'll roll this together. – One. – One, yeah. – That was good. Watch out when you're coming in.

Yes. I'm fine. All right. I was going to say, like Donald Trump. Get in. Should have more working. – Whoa, that's good. – Beautiful. That's what I'm talking about. Beautiful. Beautiful. Nice. – Still, still learning. I'm still learning. (chilled music).
