my coach, Jason Ingwaldson. – Hey, what's up? – Now, Jason here is a pro boxing coach. He's taught many world champions. Jason was a first degree black belt and started boxing at the age of 10. And by 1997, he was awarded

he's ready to help others, just like me, achieve their goals. So are you ready to get
today's session going? – Bam.

working on the fundamentals. It's going to be the jab, the right hand, the left hook, right hook, left

– Jason. – That was good, bro. – You fricking killed me, dude. – You got it. – You killed me. – That was good. – I've had a lot of training
with a lot of coaches before, man, but you have something very, very unique, bro. Very unique. I hope that the world
can experience this, man. – I love it, man, I tell ya. – You gotta start your YouTube channel. – Yeah. – Gotta do some classes more often, bro. – Yup, we'll get that popping. And, uh, the more lives that you help out, the more lives that you touch, – Awesome. – I'm down. – Let me know what I can do to help. – Appreciate it brother. One love, man. – My name is Jason Ingwaldson. I'm the Faith Fighter. I wanna thank you for
watching this boxing workout I put Chris through. We just started recently, just been a few weeks now, slowly, slowly getting to know each other on the hand pads.
We got a long way to go and we're just getting started. Bam, get some! Let's get it. – All right, you guys
know my Muay Thai coach, Jonathan Calderon. – Hey, what's up guys. – We're about to start our
Muay Thai lesson for today. And I don't know if you know but today is officially three months that we've been training together, brother.
I saw a picture on your Instagram, November 23rd, and we took a picture of our first lesson. – Yeah, I remember. It was after my birthday. – Yeah, so. – Time flies, man. – Hell yeah, man. Let's get it (laughs) – So the first thing we're gonna do is a warmup drill that I like to use, which is touching each other's shoulders. That's gonna help out for his reflex and finding openings. And then after, we're
gonna warm up our legs with some kicks. And once we finish with your warmup, we're gonna start with a real session. Today, we're gonna be working
on slip and countering and always having an
answer for any strike. – Wanna turn kicks? All right? – Yeah. – Let's do 30. Get started. five, six, seven, eight, nine.
There we go. Nice. Nine, 10. So the first thing we're gonna do is avoiding the jab. All right? I'm going to throw the jab, your gonna hash, slip, slip, slip. I'm gonna go with my cross, then one of my hooks. Okay? You're gonna answer, right hook, jab, right? – Okay. – Nice. – All right, this last round, so we're gonna do some countering. We're gonna do freestyle, pretty much, so. You're gonna be working on your counters, slipping, not every time throwing, but I want you to keep it moving… – Choose my shots. – Choose your shots, there you go. – Okay. – Nice, there you go. Good, nice. There you go. There you go. (Jonathan laughs) – How about that? – [Jonathan] See, see? – Crazy session. – [Jonathan] You're catching
yourself better now. – Yeah. – You're learning when to come back. – I can't wait for the
next sparring session, where I could actually just… – [Jonathan] Yeah, you
did pretty good today.
You got a lot of work done this morning. – Next time, we'll put
it on for the camera, everything that we learned today, we'll put it into a next sparring session. – Okay, sure. – Thanks for coming man. Thanks for watching, guys. (chill music).
