Hi, my name is Lisa, I am 28 years old and
I am from Germany. I am mainly here for the Muay Thai. I have already been here 2 years ago when I trained Muay Thai the first time. I liked it so much, that I've wanted to come
back ever since which I now finally did. Last time I was here for two weeks and this time it was the same. Like the last time, I have mainly trained
in Muay Thai. I’ve also tried out Krav Maga this time,
but Muay Thai is, where my heart is.
The combination of kicks and punches really
is the best kind of training for me and it was also really nice to see all the
coaches and people again. The main reason I came back is that I
really enjoyed my first time here a lot. I really liked the whole atmosphere – not just
the training, which is very very good and very authentic with the trainers, but also everything around it. For example do we get super delicious food which
is authentic Thai food, the whole camp is great and all the people around, like the staff for
example, are incredibly attentive and nice and I felt super comfortable here, which is
why I was very eager to come back. I really have to say, it was the hardest training
I've ever done. It really brought me to my limits, but this
is also the reason why I came here. I wanted to test my limits and the training
has already changed me a lot within a week. My body feels completely different – much fitter
and healthier. Besides the training, I just enjoy simply
being at the camp. The massages are fantastic! Especially after
a training, it feels amazing.
The healthy food feels really good. Even though I also eat healthy at home, here it is a whole different level. I think, there is something for everyone here. The weight loss program for example, also incorporates a really cool training and everybody is training together. It really feels like one big family here and
the community spirit is very strong. Because outside the training, you have many possibilities here to relax, it really helps you to unwind – especially when coming from a stressful daily life like mine in Germany. So I would definitely do it again and again..
