step in I throw my three two three off the 
three I throw my leg kick now a couple things   to note about my punches when I throw my 
three my weight shifts back slightly that   bring it back and this is 
landing as if it was a punch   that sets up my hips my hips are facing this 
way so that when I throw my two I can generate   a lot of power through my hips move straight down 
again same thing my hips are now set up to throw   the three again through this way two and really 
bring it back in the three sets up the leg kick.
