Defending and attacking against the elbows. All right, so facing my partner, hands up
nice and high. If my partner decides to throw a right elbow,
as he steps in and throws the elbow, I'm going to keep my hands up. Now, I'm going to take the impact on my elbow,
and because he's in so close now, I have the option now to come out with the upper cut
elbow, or I can come hook with an elbow, If they decide to come with a left elbow again,
hands up nice and high, take the impact. Now I can come up with a left elbow, or I
can come with a hook elbow, all right? Next one — if he attaches with an over and
down the middle elbow, again he comes up. I want to keep my hands up high now. From this position now, I can either go in
with a hook elbow, or I can come with the upper cut elbow, or a hook elbow. The other side, same thing.
He attacks me over the top. Hands up, now I can come with an upper cut
elbow, or a hook elbow. And that's defending and attacking against
some of the elbows..
