Invicta Fighting Championships has a new home for its events.
The promotion announced on Tuesday that Invicta FC events will air on CBS Sports as part of a new broadcast agreement. Terms of the deal include the network airing five events in 2024, beginning with Invicta FC 55 on June 28 in Kansas City.
The all-women’s promotion had a six-year run on UFC Fight Pass between 2014 and 2020, and served as a tremendously valuable talent pool for the UFC during that time. Invicta went on to partner with AXS TV, and also streamed events on their YouTube channel.
The promotion also announced that Invicta FC 56 takes place Aug. 9. Invicta FC 57 takes place in September at an exact date to be announced in the future, while Invicta FC 58 is slated for Nov. 6. The 2024 schedule caps off with Invicta FC 59 on Dec. 13.
Invicta FC has featured fighters such as Amanda Nunes, Rose Namajunas, Carla Esparza, and even Kayla Harrison on their roads to the UFC.
Invicta FC 55 is headlined by a bantamweight title fight between Talita Bernardo and Olga Rubin.
